Chapter 17 will be participating in the 2014 Adopt-A-Family program with Nellis and Creech AFB's. We have sent the Air Force contact notice of assisting 17 families this year. We will be taking donations of NEW UNWRAPPED toys or $$ donations, at the Chapter 17 hall through Dec. 2. We will be in need of toys for infants through teens, for both boys and girls. I do not have the wish list until later this month, so you can contact the chapter after Nov. 22 if you want to purchase and donate a particular item on a child's wish list. There is also a fundraiser starting Saturday Nov. 8 and running through Sat. Dec. 6 in the company store at Chapter 17. A small veteran business "Wishes for You" will have items available for purchase, and a portion of the proceeds are used to buy the clothing items on the children's wish lists. Please feel free to contact one of the Air Force members listed on the document provided, if you or your organization wish to participate in this wonderful project.
