The Defense Health Agency marked another first on Monday, Nov. 2: Its first change of responsibility ceremony. During the ceremony the agency honored its first leader, outgoing director Air Force Lt. Gen. Douglas Robb, who passed the DHA flag to his successor Navy Vice Adm. Raquel Bono.
