The Hyatt
Regency hotel in Jacksonville is now sold out of the $79 rooms. They have a few
$101 Premier rooms left. We are near 650 rooms, and all that will be made
available to us. The hotel has other groups in house, so no more space is
available to us. If those that have reservations cancel them for any reason,
those will be made available. You will have to call and check on availability.
We have added an overflow hotel. The Crowne Plaza is also honoring the $79 convention rate. Go to the VVA website and get the details. Transportation to and from the Crowne Plaza and the Hyatt will be provided using the hotels shuttles.
This is shaping up to be the biggest convention in VVA history. If you have any questions, please contact me.
