FINANCE COMMITTEE
REPORT
THIS REPORT IS SUBMITTED BY THE
CHAIRMAN OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE.
The final
budget has been approved by the Executive Board, Board of Directors and Chapter
membership during the March 2013 meetings. There were two budget formats and
one was chosen from the two submissions. The new accounting format desired by
the Executive Board as utilized by the Treasurer and the indepantent accounting
of Chapter 17, has been finalized and now in use.
Items funded by Chapter 17 in March were in Vietnam Veterans Day Banquet. The US Vets Stand Down and MOPH Car Show as listed on the Two-Year Plan were not brought up or funded. The Two Year Plan shows JROTC Awards as our only planned activity. JROTC Awards is showing as a 3 month item on Two Year Plan due to the staging and final funding for awards as presented by the Chapter.
As of this
report budget items such as building fund and Convention related items are
fully funded. Convention related items will be fully shown or accounted for
until paid as required or scheduled at the required time and up throught the
end of the National Convention.
This concludes this report.

Would it be possible to post an xls or pdf file of the current budget format. I passsed on my copy from the meeting to another member and would like to see it again.
