To all members of VVA 17 and 1076, I am getting a list of members and family that would like to get their CCW. There is a local company:
GUN PLAY VEGAS, that has offered to hold the class at our chapter hall for a reduced fee of $50 per person. I already have about 10 or 12 people so far.
The class would be a total of 8 hours including range qualification. 1076 has not given me a list as of today but I'm sure they will have members and family that will want to join us. The instructors are two young ladies Sara and Karissa , they are college-educated, certified by industry standards and approved through the Nevada Sheriff's & Chief's Association.
Andy Leduc and I would also like to get a group together for a monthly fun shoot. During good weather we would shoot outdoors to accommodate long guns and inside with pistols when the weather is bad. All those interested should contact me; DON LECKBURG, at (702) 513-4086 or kingpig53@aol.com. I think it would be great for us as Brothers to get together, besides just at the meetings once a month.
