Does your post have a Color Guard that does opening ceremonies? If so, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers would very much like and appreciate it if your color guard could present the colors at this year's International Membership Development Conference. It is September 9th at Bally's Hotel and the Honor Guards services would be needed that morning at approximately 8:30 am. Your Honor Guard would be occupied from 8-9am. Please let me know what is needed to confirm and secure your group. Thank you!
