HERE IS HELP FOR VIETNAM VETS FROM SENATOR JOE DONNELLY (D-IN)
Senator Joe Donnelly, Democrat of Indiana, has introduced bill S 832 in the US Senate. The intent of the bill is to force the VA to obey previous legislation providing health care for Agent Orange Spina Bifida children of all Vietnam vets and for some Korea veterans.
I think the language of the bill needs some tweaking to deny the VA any loop holes, but I am extremely grateful to Senator Donnelly and his staff for taking another try to force the VA Spina Bifida Program to obey federal law.
