Chapter 17 received an invitation from the Mesquite Veterans Day Parade
Committee to participate in their annual Veterans Day Parade. It will be held on Saturday, 01 November 2014
at 10am. Three prizes will be awarded
for the most creative entry. After the
parade there will be a noon Bar-B-Que.
Chapter
has a float that can be decorated with patriotic colors and with a Veteran’s
theme.
It
will be necessary to make hotel room reservations for one day before the
event. Room on your own. Participation discussion will be held at our
next general meeting on Saturday, 13 September 2014.
